With the blessings from The President, Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, the Dy. chamberlain, representative of His Majesty’s Secretariat Dasho Karma Tenzin officially launched the Red Cross Youth Volunteer Base to commemorate the 6th Foundation Day of BRCS.

The Hon’ble chief guest conveyed the best wishes from Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, to all the volunteers across the country and the BRCS Secretariat team.

As part of the launch, the youth volunteers who participated in the event were provided with basic trainings like Non-Medical First Aid, Safety & Security and financial literacy and Communication training.
