With the burgeoning case of COVID-19 in the country, with the blessings from The President, Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, Bhutan Red Cross Society has begun to deploy more volunteers in the field. The third batch of volunteers were deployed from the Red Cross Taxi volunteer base to support the health official in transporting materials, and in tracking and tracing addresses. Today the deployment briefing session for the third batch of volunteers was graced by Her Excellency the Minister for Health, Lyonpo Dechen Wangmo. The third batch consisting of 25 volunteers will carry out various response activities in Thimphu. Serving with our Sister organization
