With the blessings from Their Majesties and under the guidance of the President of BRCS, Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, the Former Chairperson, & Governing Board Member for Strategy & Partnership Mr. Nim Tshering (Deputy Chamberlain, His Majesty’s Secretariat), & Secretary-General of BRCS, Mr. Dragyel Tenzin Dorjee are currently attending the 24th General Assembly of IFRC in Geneva, Switzerland. They will also continue to represent BRCS at the 34th International Conference from Oct 27-31, 2024. Additionally, the delegation will also engage in side bilateral meetings with key partners (We will share timely updates on these engagements).

Together with the delegation from BRCS we are honored to have Mr. Kuenzang Jamtsho, Minister Counsellor of the Mission of the Kingdom of Bhutan to the UN representative of the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGOB) as a State Party to the Geneva Convention attend the International Conference. The representation of the RGOB alongside the NS strongly demonstrates the commitment to humanitarian diplomacy and services in the Kingdom of Bhutan.
