Besides of the ongoing International Conference- Council of Delegates Meeting in Geneva, the delegation of the Bhutan Red Cross Society (BRCS) held a bilateral partnership meeting with the Finnish Red Cross (FRC) leadership in Geneva. Represented by a Governing Board Member, BRCS expressed deep gratitude to FRC for its ongoing support, including contributions to the National Action Plan (NAP) and an additional support toward the Bhutan Red Cross Centerโs construction. FRC leadership commended BRCSโs strategic growth in addressing national needs.
Key discussions included a mutual commitment to renew the partnership MoU by mid-2025, with a forward-looking focus on institutional development and emergency response preparedness, aligning with BRCS Strategy 2030.
