Y-adapt training program has been successfully completed with the final training taking place at Jigme Namgyel Engineering College for the youth volunteers.

Over the past few weeks, we had the incredible opportunity to train and empower a group of passionate youth volunteers in four colleges across diverse regions.

The Y-adapt training program is aimed at fostering young leaders who will spearhead climate adaptation efforts within their communities. Through this training, the youth volunteers gained a deep understanding of climate change and acquired practical skills to take action and adapt to the changing climate.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the President and the entire faculty of JNEC for their support and for graciously hosting the training on their premises.

We are immensely thankful to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Croce Rossa Italiana – Italian Red Cross for their invaluable fund support. The Y-adapt training across the colleges has been a resounding success.
