Today, on the auspicious occasion of the 8th Birth Anniversary of His Royal Highness Gyalsey Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of the Y-adapt training program with support from International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.

A total of 28 youth volunteer Coordinators from 10 colleges nationwide are embarking on this transformative journey. Y-Adapt, a groundbreaking curriculum by the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre, aims to empower and inspire young leaders to champion climate change adaptation in their communities.

Equipped with newfound skills and knowledge post-training, these participants will become catalysts for urban resilience and climate action at community level.
