Under the Social Service mandate of Bhutan Red Cross Society(BRCS) realising that a safe, clean and healthy environment is everyone’s responsibility, BRCS volunteers joined a cleaning campaign under Gelephug Thromde.

They were involved in cleaning up public areas and other places where litter has been illegally dumped. They also uprooted marijuana shrubs grown around the town vicinity. Volunteers have today done a commendable social service work.
