Amidst the hustle in the frontline response during the Pandemic outbreak, we would like to thank our Volunteer Passang Lapcha of Thimphu Branch and Coordinator Rinzin Wangchuk for attending to an accident in ensuring the individual being taken to the hospital on time with the basic non-medical First Aid treatment being given.
