World Menstrual Hygiene Day is observed on May 28 globally. On this annual awareness day, our male volunteers in Thimphu, His Majesty’s Retired Arm Force Services (HMRAFS) were provided a sanitary pad kit each to be given it to their wives and girls at home. This was done to encourage men and boys to support women and girls to manage menstruation effectively across different social domains such as household, community and work as husbands, fathers and brothers.
