The Hon’ble Secretary-General of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), Mr. Jagan Chapagain, received an Audience with Their Majesties at Lingkana Palace.

The Secretary-General expressed deep admiration for the humanitarian services provided by the youngest and newest National Society, and had the honour of presenting a token of appreciation to Their Majesties, for the humanitarian services rendered by the Bhutan Red Cross Society (BRCS) under the visionary leadership, blessings, and guidance of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen, The President of BRCS.
