During the meeting, Dasho Dzongdag expressed his commitment to continue extending support to BRCS Lhuntse Branch. He highlighted that, as briefed by the Dzongrab on the earlier meeting between the former Dasho Dzongdag and the Secretary-General of BRCS, the Dzongkhag Administration will soon 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗴- 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 set up. This effort is under the Development Plan 2 (2026-2030) of the BRCS to enhance the community resilience and emergency and disaster preparedness and coordination of the Dzongkhag under the guidance of His Majesty’s Secretariat (HMS) – National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA).

Dasho Dzongda has also expressed appreciation and acknowledged the valuable humanitarian services rendered by BRCS to the nation under the leadership of the Secretary-General. He further assured that the Dzongkhag Administration will continue to extend full support to the BRCS Lhuntse Branch.
